Refund policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY FOR OUR TERMS ON REFUND/REPLACEMENTS)

Wolph aims to deliver products of high quality at affordable prices, packed & shipped in pristine, perfect condition, but if at any point you find the quality of our product(s) unacceptable, faulty or not as described, we are able to issue you a refund or store credit when a Return Request is submitted within 30 days of delivery of your order, except in cases where:
- Products are missing their original packaging
- Products that have been damaged by the customer.
- Products with missing or broken parts.
For qualifying products (where indicated), we are be able to arrange a replacement for an item up to 12 Months after purchase and where such a request has been approved by a Support Representative as part of our Limited Replacement Warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Exceptions to this rule are listed below:
- Products that have been damaged by the customer.
- Products where an Order ID cannot be provided.
- Evidence provided of Manufacturer originated damage have not been approved.
**Extended Holiday Refund Policy**
Purchases made between the 15th of November 2025 and 31th of December 2025 are eligible for an additional 14 Day return/refund window (Subject to the other Conditions & Exceptions listed above).
Making a Return or Arranging a Replacement
To make a return or arrange a replacement for your item, please send us an email at ' Returns@wolph.co.uk ' outlining your query along with the associated Order ID.
Refund details
It will take up to 10 Business Days to receive a Refund after your items are successfully returned with confirmed receipt. Please note: return costs may apply, contact customer support for details.
Replacement Warranty details
A replacement for a broken/defective item, can be prepared and delivered Free of Charge within 30 Days of approval by a Support Representative.
