Return & Refund Policy


Wolph aims to deliver products of high quality at affordable prices, packed & shipped in pristine & perfect conditions, but if at any point you find the quality of our product(s) unacceptable, faulty or not as described. We would be able to issue you a refund or store credit within 30
 Days of delivery of your order, except in cases where:

  • Products are missing their original packaging
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Products with missing or broken parts.

For qualifying products(where indicated), we are be able to arrange a replacement for an item up to 12 Months after purchase and where such a request has been approved by a Support Representative as part of our Replacement Guarantee, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Exceptions to this rule are listed below:

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Products where an Order ID cannot be provided.
  • Evidence provided of Manufacturer originated damage have not been approved.

Making a Return or Arranging a Replacement

Refund details
It will take up to 7 Days to receive a Refund after your items are successfully returned with confirmed receipt. Please note: return costs may apply, contact customer support for details.

Replacement Warranty details
A replacement for a broken/defective item, can be prepared and delivered Free of Charge within 30 Days of approval by a Support Representative.
